  • Website: This is the link to your business website or landing page. You can use this to direct customers to more information about your products and services.

To create and assign labels, go to Chats > More options > Labels. You can choose from a list of default labels such as New Customer, New Order, Pending Payment, or create your own custom labels. Use quick replies and shortcuts




Quick replies and shortcuts are features that help you speed up your typing and improve your efficiency. They allow you to insert pre-written messages or common phrases with a few keystrokes or clicks. To use quick replies, go to Settings > Business Settings > Messaging Tools > Quick Replies. You can create up to 50 quick replies with a keyword, a message, and an optional emoji. To use a quick reply in a chat, type "/" followed by the keyword and select the message from the list. To use shortcuts, go to Settings > Business Settings > Messaging Tools > Shortcuts. You can create up to 10 shortcuts with a shortcut code and a message. To use a shortcut in a chat, type "#" followed by the shortcut code and press enter.
